The Back Alley Cruisers are holding a “pre-snow car show” Oct. 2 at the Cookstown Steam Show grounds at 4635 Victoria St. W.
Admission to the event, which will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., is by donation of cash or non-perishable food for the food bank.
The show is open to all makes and models of various types of vehicles.
The event is also a “show, shine and repair,” and those interested are asked to bring their own tools.
There will be games, prizes and trophies, as well as valve cover races and Hot Wheels races.
