You can rate your satisfaction with the health care you’ve received and share feedback with us and with other participants

You’ve probably been asked to fill out a customer satisfaction survey recently. How was your recent hotel stay? Were you satisfied with your online order?

But when’s the last time someone asked you for feedback on something that really matters?

Village Media has partnered with tech company CrowdSmart AI to gauge Ontarians’ experiences with the health-care system, and we’d like you to take part.

Here’s how it works: you’ll be asked to rate your satisfaction with the health-care you’ve received and share some feedback about what’s working and what isn’t.

When you share your experiences and ideas, they will be shown to other survey participants, who can then decide if they feel the same way. CrowdSmart AI’s system will surface the ones that best reflect the experience of Ontario as a whole.

Those findings — the wisdom of the crowd — will inform health-care reporting by Village Media journalists.

It’s a simple process that should take about five minutes, or a bit longer if you have a lot to say.

It’s also completely anonymous. But remember — what you write will be shared with others, so don’t share any personal information you wouldn’t want made public.
