This week, Isroc properties began site preparation construction work on the future location of Holland Haus, a condo and town-house project that will help to revitalize downtown Bradford.

Councillor and Downtown Revitalization Chair Jonathan Scott added, “Bringing people to live in a beautiful new condo will add foot traffic to our downtown, provide new housing options, the facility is using state-of-the-art green energy approaches, and the developer made a contribution to our new affordable housing reserve to help fund future attainable housing projects. This beautiful project is going to be fantastic for our downtown revitalization goals.”
Ward 6 Councillor Mark Contois has called the project 'a game changer' and stated “We always talk about downtown revitalization: well, now it’s here.”
