Site preparation begins for downtown Bradford condo project

This week, Isroc properties began site preparation construction work on the future location of Holland Haus, a condo and town-house project that will help to revitalize downtown Bradford. 

Isroc developments stated: “Holland Haus is going to make a big contribution to the vitality and life of this community. This is an exciting project for us and our partners and we would like to thank everyone who has worked together to bring this to life. This residential project that pays homage to the urban revitalization of Bradford’s downtown core. Set encircling a tranquil garden courtyard this master-planned, carefree, low maintenance community will be home to a ultra modern eight storey condominium and a collection of avantgarde, spacious townhome residences. Councillor and Downtown Revitalization Chair Jonathan Scott added, “Bringing people to live in a beautiful new condo will add foot traffic to our downtown, provide new housing options, the facility is using state-of-the-art green energy approaches, and the developer made a contribution to our new affordable housing reserve to help fund future attainable housing projects. This beautiful project is going to be fantastic for our downtown revitalization goals.”
