South Simcoe Police hosting virtual Senior Safety Forums

South Simcoe Police Service in partnership with Verve Senior Living is holding a series of free online safety forums for seniors.

The first virtual event is titled "Everyday Senior Safety" and will focus on personal safety tips for seniors including when you're at home, shopping and out for a walk.

This event is being presented by SSPS and Holland Gardens Retirement Residence and will be held via Zoom video conferencing. Community Services Officer Elisabeth Aschwanden is your host and she will be joined by guest speakers during each session.

The South Simcoe Police Service will be holding two seniors forums per month from now until December. We can't be together in person so let's have a virtual gathering, learn some safety tips and have some fun.
