“Wish Trees” fundraiser and contest in support of the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto.

Visitors to Canada’s Wonderland will have a chance to win unlimited visits for years to come, all while raising money for a good cause.

The amusement park is once again hosting its Wish Trees fundraiser in support of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

Until Aug. 4, guests can purchase ribbons where they can write a wish and tie to one of three Wish Trees on International Street. 

Each ribbon purchased is also an entry into a sweepstakes for prizes, including four gold passes for life, which means unlimited visits to Canada’s Wonderland for 25 years starting in 2024.

2023 Prizes:

  • Grand prize: Four (4) ‘Gold Passes for Life’ plus four (4) Gold All Season Parking (valid for 25 years)
  • Second Prize: A $2,000 Expedia Gift Certificate (Valid for 2 years starting Aug. 3, 2023 and can be used towards cruises, land packages and hotels. Not valid for air travel or insurance.)
  • Third prize: '2024 Gold Pass Family Pack' awarded as Four (4) 2024 Gold Passes, Four (4) All-Season Gold Dining, One (1) All-Season Gold Parking
  • Fourth prize: '2024 Family Admission Pack' awarded as Four (4) 2024 Single-Day Admissions, Four (4) Premium All-Day Dining, One Single Day Parking
  • Fifth prize: Two (2) 2024 Single-Day Fast Lane Plus

Ribbons can also be bought online.  

All net proceeds support SickKids.

To date, Canada’s Wonderland has raised more than $500,000 for SickKids in a partnership that has spanned more than 30 years.
