Passed away suddenly at the age of 59. Will be deeply missed by his sons Derek (Candace), Brad (Ashleigh), Ryan (Jessica), their sister Jessica, their mother Cindy as well as his step children Christopher, Harry and Alora. Loving and proud Opa of Liam, Lucas, Leyton, Lila, Neha, Scarlet, Arlo, Greyson, Jaxon and Jhett. Dear son of the late Jeff and late Alida Coolen (nee Guldemeester) and step son of the late Jean Coolen (nee Antuma). Brother of Andrew, late Marlene, Jeff, Mark and Shawn. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Celebration of Derek’s life will be held at a later date.
