On Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 4 a.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to a 9-1-1 call from a Bradford home regarding a domestic dispute.
A 25-year-old woman reported that her 37-year-old common-law husband had raised his fist to her and threatened to kill her with a piece of luggage. She said he also damaged her dresser with his fist.
The man was in the backyard when police arrived. He was arrested for Assault, Uttering Threats and Mischief Under $5,000.
The accused was transported to South Division where he was released on a Promise To Appear and and an Undertaking with conditions that include avoiding contact with the victim.
