South Simcoe Police Service officers have charged a Bradford woman following an assault on her former spouse.
Police were called to home in the Melbourne Drive and 6th Line area of Bradford West Gwillimbury just before 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018. A 37-year-old man reported he had been assaulted.
After arriving on scene, officers learned that a couple who had split up were living together in the same house.
A 33-year-old Bradford woman was arrested on scene and charged with assault. She was transported to South Division where she was subsequently released with a future court date.
The male victim did not require medical attention.
