No word on cause of fire

Update 9:41 p.m.

Deputy Fire Chief Olaf Lamerz told BradfordToday that upon arrival at the scene, crews noted black smoke in the residence on Maplegrove and initiated a fast attack of the fire.

The fire was in one of the home's bedrooms which crews were able to contain. The bedroom has heavy fire and smoke damage, with the remainder of the residence showing minor to moderate smoke damage.

Four occupants of the home evacuated with no injuries. All four residents have been displaced as the crews have had to disconnect the hydro and gas, but have accommodations.
