On Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, just after 11:00 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were dispatched to a Bradford home regarding a domestic dispute. A man reported that he had been assaulted by his spouse when a verbal argument turned physical. A 24-year-old Bradford woman was charged with Assault. She was released with a future court date. Her name is not being released to protect the identity of the victim. Both the victim and the accused declined medical treatment.

From Friday, February 28, 2020 to Monday, March 2, 2020, South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to 264 calls for service.
