ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE

At approximately 11 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2019, the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call for service for a collision involving a sedan and a farm tractor.
This unfortunate incident occurred on private property in the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio (adj-tos) just north of Hwy 9.
Adjala-Tosorontio Township firefighters and Simcoe County paramedics attended the scene.
Despite their best efforts the injured party was pronounced dead at scene.
The next of kin has been notified but the name of the deceased is being withheld for privacy reasons.
Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) also attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
