A person is charged with first-degree murder in the death of an infant last night in Vaughan.
After receiving a call for an injured person at a residence near Centre and Dufferin streets on Thursday, Jan. 4 at 6:10 p.m., officers arrived to find an unresponsive infant, York Regional Police said.
The infant was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
There are no outstanding suspects.
Police are not releasing any further details at this time.
