INNISFIL – On Tuesday, March 10, 2020 around 1:00 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle with stolen licence plates in the 6th Line and Emberton Way area of Innisfil.
The driver was arrested and transported to North Division.
As a result of investigation, it was determined the same driver had been stopped on previous occasions and charged with licence plate-related offences under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
20-year-old Tea Cvjetkovic of Innisfil was charged with two counts of Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and several HTA offences.
