A 22-year-old man was charged with impaired and dangerous driving following a single vehicle collision in Innisfil.
On Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at approximately 11:20 p.m., police were called after a vehicle drove onto the front lawn of a home in the 25th Sideroad and Leslie Drive area. The driver and two passengers were not injured.
As a result of the investigation, 22-year-old Zachary Braithwaite of Innisfil was charged with Operation While Impaired, Operation While Impaired - Excess Blood Alcohol and Dangerous Operation.
His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days. He was released with a future court date.
