INNISFIL - A 41-year-old Innisfil woman is charged with assault with a weapon after South Simcoe Police Service officers were called to an Innisfil home.
On Saturday, Jan. 19, 2018 around 12:42 a.m., police were dispatched to a home regarding a domestic assault with a weapon. A 42-year-old man told police he had been assaulted with an object during an argument. Paramedics arrived and treated the man at the scene for a minor injury. A 41-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and take to South Division. She was released with a future court date.
