South Simcoe Police Service officers made an arrest after responding to a report of someone going through cars in a Bradford neighbourhood.

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2019 at 4:42 a.m., a citizen called police to the area of Simcoe Road and Zima Crescent. Officers arrived on scene within minutes and an 18-year-old Bradford man was taken into custody.

He was subsequently charged with theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property, obstruct a peace officer, breach of probation and fail to comply
with recognizance.
