The South Simcoe Police Service is urging residents to make crime prevention a priority in order to protect their vehicles.
The Lock It Or Lose It campaign is designed to remind residents to always lock their vehicles, remove valuables and never leave the keys inside or the vehicle running unattended.
Park in well-lit areas with security cameras or a inside a garage, is possible.
Thefts from vehicles and vehicle thefts are typically crimes of opportunity. Don't make it easy for thieves.
