(Bradford, ON) - On Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 12:47 a.m., police were dispatched to a gas station parking lot on Holland Street East in Bradford for a report of a man slumped over the wheel of a car. The man was cleared medically by paramedics. As a result of the investigation, 21-year-old Terrence Smith of Bradford was charged with Operation While Impaired and Operation While Impaired - Excess Blood Alcohol. His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days. He was released with a future court date.
