An officer was taken to hospital with minor injuries following a crash Thursday evening involving a police cruiser.
Emergency crews were called to the two-vehicle collision at Highway 12 and Monarch Drive at around 5:50 p.m.
Ontario Provincial Police say the officer was responding to an unrelated call at the time.
The driver of the second vehicle wasn’t hurt and the crash shut down the intersection for about an hour.
OPP say they’re still investigating.
