Police seek public’s assistance after hit and run in Innisfil

INNISFIL – South Simcoe Police Service officers are appealing for the public's help following a hit and run collision in Innisfil.  

On Wednesday, April 22, 2020 around 8:45 a.m., police responded to a two-vehicle collision on St. Johns Road and Clifton Boulevard where an SUV ran a stop sign, struck the a vehicle and drove off.  

The two occupants of the vehicle that was struck declined medical treatment at the scene.

The suspect vehicle is described as a gold or beige SUV, possibly a Honda Pilot, last seen southbound on St. Johns Road with two people inside.

The suspect vehicle should have severe damage to the passenger side.
