On Sunday, May 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., a South Simcoe Police Service officer conducted a traffic stop on Dissette Street in Bradford which revealed that the driver was prohibited from driving.
He was arrested and charged with Operation While Prohibited and served a number of tickets for provincial offences including improper braking system and no insurance card. His vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
Forty-year-old Darrell Hurst of Angus was charged.
He was released with a future court date.
