On Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, a woman attended the South Division of the South Simcoe Police Service to report that her former spouse had violated his probation order by making contact with her.
As a result of the investigation, the accused was contacted and turned himself in the following day.
The 56-year-old Toronto man was charged with breach of probation and will appear in Bradford Provincial Court in the new year.
