INNISFIL - A 35-year-old Innisfil woman was issued a three-day licence suspension and a speeding ticket after registering a caution on a roadside screening device test.

On Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 around 2 a.m., a South Simcoe Police officer conducted a traffic stop after a vehicle was clocked travelling in excess of 30 kilometres of the posted speed limit. Police detected an odour of alcohol and suspended the driver's licence for three days following the roadside test.

We conduct RIDE checks and pro-active patrols year round. If you are drinking, don't drive. It's just that simple. You have lots of options and no excuses.
