Vehicle flipped on its roof on Blue Dasher Blvd.

Incident happened Friday evening around 8 p.m.

Update 9:49 p.m.:

At approximately 8 p.m., police were called to a two-vehicle collision on Blue Dasher Boulevard near Summerlyn Trail, where a male driver hit a parked whtite car and his vehicle flipped over.

There were minor injuries to the driver who was arrested for impaired. 

Police say this collision is connected to an earlier fail to remain collision in the area, where thankfully no one was injured.

Police are currently on scene at Blue Dasher Boulevard and Summerlyn Trail for a vehicle flipped on its side. 

Witness Ashley Ribeiro says she was driving south on Summerlyn Trail when she heard a massive bang and before turning around the corner to see a crowd of people running to the flipped vehicle to help get the male driver out. 

"I pulled up and got out as they were pulling the young kid out of the vehicle," she said. "He was completely shocked...it was awful, he’s lucky he didn’t kill anyone else or himself."

The vehicle was towed away by 9:45 p.m.
