A celebration of community hockey returns! The annual Hockey Day in BWG is a friendly outdoor tournament in Bond Head that welcomes the community to come out to watch and cheer.
Age division U7 and U8 teams from the BWG Minor Hockey Association compete against each other in a day of outdoor on-ice fun. Participants will receive a medal.

Hockey Day in Canada was born in Toronto in 2000, and is hosted in a different Canadian town each year. The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury launched the local event in 2009 as a way to celebrate a favourite winter sport and bring the game back to basics with a fun, friendly tournament.
