Get a close-up look at the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s vehicles at Touch a Truck! Learn about the various trucks, plows, and emergency vehicles that operate in our community.

Presented by Summerlyn Dental Care, Touch a Truck is taking place on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Henderson Memorial Park (located on Line 9, just west of Sideroad 10).

This free, family-friendly event includes the opportunity to check out, climb aboard, and take pictures with over 15 Town vehicles including a Zamboni, backhoe, tractors, and more. Don’t forget to track which vehicles you have seen by getting your Touch a Truck passport stamped.

While supplies last, enjoy free small ice cream cones sponsored by Mister Treats. Participate in activities including paint a plow, colouring, crafts, and a photo frame. Stop by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury booths for giveaways, and water safety and camp information.

Touch a Truck is held during National Public Works Week (May 16 - 22, 2022), which celebrates the value of the essential services public works provide across North America.

This event is open to everyone and all activities are free of charge. Parking is limited.

This event is made possible with the support of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s Community Services and Emergency Services departments, South Simcoe Police, and is sponsored by Summerlyn Dental Care and Mister Treats.
