Celebrate the winter season with the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s Snow Much Fun event on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 6:00-8:30pm at the BWG Leisure Centre at 471 West Park Ave.
The event begins at 6:00pm with a tree lighting ceremony outside the BWG Leisure Centre in Sunshine Square. Outdoor activities will also include train rides in Sunshine Square, strolling buskers acts, a photo frame, and a small artisan holiday market featuring local BWG businesses. New this year, the artisan holiday market will extend to the BWG Library and Cultural Centre (Zima Room) to include the Bradford Farmer’s Market. The BWG Library will also have games taking place in the café area.
Activities taking place inside the BWG Leisure Centre feature Leisure Skating from 6:30-8:15pm. Event participants will also have the opportunity to make winter themed crafts, decorate cupcakes, play a Grinch game, and get their picture taken in a snow globe.
