Pursuant to Sections 34(10.4) and 51(45) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended

Take notice that the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received the following complete applications:

The applicant has applied for a Zoning By-law amendment to permit six (6) three (3) storey residential condominium back to back townhouse buildings. The applicant has also applied for Draft Plan of Subdivision and Site Plan approval for the development. Vehicular access for the site is proposed via a right-in/right out entrance/exit from Line 8 and road entrances/exits to Prince Drive and Roughley Street. A total of 118 parking spaces would be provided on-site, including 26 visitor parking spaces in locations throughout the site. A key map showing the location of the lands is set out below.

Prior to Council making a determination respecting the above-noted zoning application, there will be at least one Public Meeting to give the public an opportunity to make representation.  The date of the Public Meeting has not yet been determined.  Notice of the Public Meeting will be given at least 20 days before the meeting is held, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act.

If a person or public body does not make oral submission at the Public Meeting or make written submission to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the passing or refusal of the Zoning By-law amendment, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision ofCouncil for the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimubry to the Ontario Land Tribunal.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
