Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-Law 2010-050

Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2022-46.

The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are legally described as being located in Block 6, Registered Plan 1133, municipally addressed as 391 West Park Avenue and being developed by First View Homes (Scarborough) Inc. on Draft Approved Plan D12-21-03, as shown on the map below.

The effect of the removal of the Holding (H1) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2022-46 is that the lands will be zoned Residential Two "R2-2*14" thereby permitting the development of the property for 38 residential street townhouses in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement.

The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law is at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2024 in the Zima Room of the BWG Library & Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
