TAKE NOTICE that Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is presenting draft recommendations for its Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Study which will inform and guide infrastructure investments, policies, and strategies for their transportation network over the next 20 years and beyond.

What is a Transportation Master Plan?
A TMP looks to the future of a community in terms of population, business growth, residential development, commuter needs, and other land-use plans, to determine future transportation needs and how they can be integrated with existing transportation networks. Using Environmental Assessment (EA) planning, the TMP will result in a guide for the sustainable, efficient, and safe movement of goods and people within and around the Town.

The TMP will be completed in accordance with the Master Plan process identified by the Municipal Engineers Association, adhering to the requirements of Phases 1 and 2 of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment.

Public Information Centre #2
In Public Information Centre (PIC) #2, the Town will engage with residents, stakeholders, and businesses to review draft recommendations for walking, cycling, transit, and the road network.
PIC #2 will introduce and develop network plans, identify triggers for different transportation needs, the phasing of projects, and an action plan.

Public feedback will help structure the TMP and build a stronger understanding of the public’s interest and help identify opportunities, challenges, and ideas for the future vision of transportation in the Town.

You are invited to attend and provide input at PIC #2. Two sessions will be hosted on:

Date: Monday, April 25, 2022.

Time: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (session 1) or 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM (session 2).

Location: Zoom (virtual meeting).

Registration: Visit www.townofbwg.com/TMP to register. A meeting link will be emailed to you
upon registration.

If you are unable to attend any one of the live sessions, the presentation material and meeting recording will be made available on the project site (www.townofbwg.com/TMP) following PIC #2.
