- County Road 4 from Line 8 to Line 9 starting September 29, 2023 from 10 p.m. to October 2, 2023 at 5 a.m..
- Municipal traffic will be detoured to Artesian Industrial Parkway via 8th and 9th Line.
- Local access will be provided to residential properties within the closed roadway.
- One (1) week prior to the implementation of the closure, appropriate detour signage will be installed along all detour routes along with PVMS and TC-64 signs at the approaches to the closed roadway to notify the public in advance of the closure.
- Detailed layout of the detour and signage plan is provided in figure 1.
- The closure setup will be done in accordance with Ontario Traffic Manual - Book 7 - Temporary Conditions.
