TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, at its Committee of the Whole meeting on February 21, 2023, intends to consider a motion to amend Procedural By-law 2020-110, a by-law to provide rules governing the calling, place and proceedings of meetings of Council, local boards and committees and the conduct of its members. The proposed amendments provide for greater clarity of procedural rules and reflect updates to current administrative processes.
The Committee of the Whole meeting will be held during the Regular Council meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. and is held in-person in the Zima Room, Library and Cultural Centre,
425 Holland Street West, Bradford, ON. The Council meeting will be streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury.
