Yoga Kids

Kids yoga classes offer children the opportunity to experience complete, age-appropriate yoga practices that include a variety of stretching and strengthening poses, breathing instruction, and relaxation techniques. Kids yoga classes, which incorporate fun, games, and imagination, are designed as a playful introduction to yoga while keeping children engaged and moving.

Dates: Tuesday, Oct 4-Nov 8

Time: 6:00-6:30pm

Ages: 6-12 years


Zumba Kids

Perfect for younger Zumba fans! Kids 6 - 12 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favourite music.

Classes feature kid friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. Each class will incorporate key childhood developmental elements like leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.

Ages: 6-12 years


Foundations of Yoga

This beginner level series introduces students to the fundamentals of yoga so they can safely explore and enjoy a variety of common poses, and feel comfortable joining any yoga class.

Yoga mats are available however you are encouraged to bring your own mat.

Time: 10:15-11:00am

Ages: 13+ years


Fitness for Breath

This respiratory maintenance exercise program is recommended for people who have completed a pulmonary rehabilitation program however not required. It is ideal for anyone with chronic lung diseases such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis or asthma.

Dates: Wednesday, Oct 5-26, Nov 2-30, Dec 7-14

Time: 2:15-3:15pm

Ages: 18+ years


Gentle Fit
How is your strength and balance? Are you tight, stiff? Sore back, weak abs? How’s your mood and stress levels? This class will boost your energy and confidence and prepare you for good health.⁠ ⁠

Dates: Friday, Oct 7-28, Nov 4-25, Dec 2-30

Time: 11:45am-12:30pm⁠

Ages: 18+ years


Water Therapy

Designed for those who are experiencing joint pain, stability or balance challenges and/or require continuation on post-rehabilitation.

Dates: Tuesday, Oct 4-25 or Nov 1-29

Time: 11:30am-12:15pm

Ages: 18+ years


Diaper Fit

During the first half hour of class, parents will enjoy a challenging Aquafit workout while children sit in floating seats, allowing them to splash with their hands and feet. Children will remain in contact with parent at all times. The class will finish in the relaxation (warm) pool.⁠ *Babies must be able to hold up their heads unassisted.⁠ ⁠

Prenatal Yoga

Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness, you will prepare the body and the mind for birth, and at the same time lighten the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.

*Beginners are welcome

Dad Bod

Hey dads! Has parenting become too overwhelming? Are you trying to fit in workouts while managing family time? Then try out this new program! These quick and effective workouts will give a whole new meaning to the term "dad bod".
