Recertification - LSS National Lifeguard
Candidates will receive standard updates and practice lifeguarding skills. Physical fitness requirements include: a 400m timed swim (10 min), 20lb Object Recovery (40s), and 50m Head-up Sprint Challenge (60s). Successful completion renews the award for 2 years. Prerequisite: Must have completed National Lifeguard course (need not be current).
