Jessica Owen is regional reporter for Village Media, primarily covering County of Simcoe matters, education, Collingwood and Barrie matters.
She has made newsroom stops at the Voice of Pelham, the Niagara Falls Review and the Brockville Recorder & Times and acted as assistant regional editor for the Barrie Examiner, Orillia Packet & Times, The Enterprise-Bulletin, the Innisfil Examiner and the Bradford Times until their closures in November of 2017.
Owen started writing for Village Media in February 2018, coming on full time in May of the same year.
