Bradford Farmers' Market: Holiday Shopping Guide (15 photos)

One more market left in the season...

The weather outside was frightful but the Bradford Farmers’ Market was snuggled inside the BWG Library for their Christmas Market on Saturday.

Vendors filled the Zima room and sprawled into the main lobby with locally made gifts, trinkets and treats that just might fill that gap in your shopping list.

There is one more Christmas Market left this upcoming Saturday Dec. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Check out our shopping guide below for must see vendors:

To stay warm through the winter, see Barb Schiefer-Heath for a pair of her “Smittens”, up-cycled sweaters that have been lined with fleece and re-purposed into cozy mittens that are sure to get you through the next blizzard.

For those whose idea of enjoying a winter wonderland stops at a nice glass of wine while you watch the snowfall from your front window, Schiefer-Heath also has custom made, holiday themed wine stoppers.

For that jewellery lover on your shopping list, Adrienne Gelling of Under the Oak Tree is still taking Christmas orders for handcrafted custom jewellery.

Sweet Annabella’s Treats have your favourite desserts and The Polish Chef has you looked after for all your bread and pastry needs.

Springh Farms and Lakeview Gardens have everything you need to make sure your next meal will have all the fresh, local ingredients that your family deserves.

Don’t forget The North Side Catering for your flavour infused (and sometimes spicy) cooking oils.

For that last special touch to the Holiday season, One Five 1 has custom made candles to fill your home with the scent that brings back your best memories.

Whether you’re looking for the smells of cinnamon or Christmas trees, or if you prefer the aroma of your favourite whiskey, come see Emily and Denise to find that perfect candle.

There's only one market left in the 2019 season for the Bradford Farmers' Market but your favourite vendors will be back in May when the Market starts up again for the 2020 season.

Take some time on Saturday morning to come down to their Christmas Market at the BWG Public Library to stock up locally grown fresh veggies, sweet treats, flavours and gifts for the holidays.
