Lowell Clarke of Barrie can “find his possible” after winning a LOTTO 6/49 second prize worth $69,758.90 in the May 24, 2023 LOTTO 6/49 draw.

Lowell, a retired military pilot, said he’s a longtime lottery player. He enjoys playing LOTTO 6/49 and LOTTO MAX, and always uses QUICK PICKS.

Lowell was validating his ticket at the store when he discovered his big win.

“It was a bit of a shocker!” he recalled. “The machine shut down and the cashier was surprised.”

The 86-year-old called his friends and family to share the exciting news.

“At first, they thought something was wrong! They were really happy and excited to come to the Prize Centre with me.”

With his winnings, Lowell plans to manage his finances and enjoy retirement.

“I’m so happy – it feels good to win,” he concluded.
