BradfordToday is pleased to welcome back reporter Patrick Bales, covering all things politics in South Simcoe.
Patrick is no stranger to Village Media. He was a contributing reporter to BradfordToday when our site first launched in 2018 and has written for various publications in the province since 2004.
After a brief hiatus from the reporting world, he is excited to be back covering town council meetings for both Bradford and Innisfil.
"I'm so excited to cover the local councils, especially with an election coming up in 2022," he said. "The councils who hold power over the next four years will be deciding on issues that are likely more important to the people in South Simcoe - where I was born and raised - than the politicians in Ottawa or Toronto."
