Peace, Calm & Ease - An Intro to Emotional Freedom Techniques

Do you ever feel anxious, stressed out, frustrated, or overwhelmed? Discover how Emotional Freedom Techniques/Meridian Tapping is both gentle and effecting at calming the body's energy system while addressing and relieving stress, upset, fears, and more. Join us for this FREE interactive experience and you will leave with a powerful tool at your fingertips! 

Light refreshments will be provided. 

In order to fulfill our commitment to cultivating a safe space for participants, we respectfully limit participation to women+ (those who self-identify as women or are gender non-conforming, non-binary, gender-questioning, or transgender) ages 18 and older. Please note that space is limited so registration is required.

We have room for three first timers to try their funny stuff. 

For fans of standup your treat is a mix of pros, amateurs, and first timers trying out some new bits, polishing up older jokes, or trying standup for the first time. Will there be laughs? Likely. will there be bombs? Absolutely, and that's why its FREE.

Show will take place in the Coaches Corner Room.

Vertical Aeroponic Garden Project

Our planet is experiencing an ecological crisis. Food and water are being delivered longer distances, which increases pollution while straining farming communities.

Can we grow food and provide water while emitting less greenhouse gas? Can we solve this problem with engineering? Join the coding club using aeroponics and automation to find out! For teens and adults 16-years-old and up.

This free STEAM project is drop-in.
