Novice Bulldogs fall to Colts, as two other Bradford teams fight for championship titles

The Bradford Novice A Bulldogs, despite a determined effort and never-give-up attitude, have had to settle for runner-up in the York-Simcoe championships.

The team played Game 4 in its series against the Barrie Colts on March 26 at the Barrie Molson Centre, but fell 4-3 in a close match.

There was better news from the Atom A Bulldogs, who won its Game 4 match against the Orillia Terriers on March 26, with a 3-1 victory on home ice. With the Bulldogs and the Terriers tied at two wins apiece, the decisive Game 5 for the championship takes place March 29 at the West Orillia Sports Complex at 6:50 p.m.

The Midget A Bulldogs also continue its run at the championship against the Orillia Terriers. The Bulldogs and Terriers have each lost a game on home ice. 

Game 3 takes place in Orillia on March 27 at 8:50 p.m. – with Game 4 back in Bradford West Gwillimbury on March 28, playing at the Bob Fallis Sports Centre at 8 p.m.
