A 25-year-old Bradford man was held for a bail hearing after being arrested for drug possession, breach of probation and fail to comply with recognizance.

On Tuesday, May 29, 2018 around 1:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were called to a Bradford home by a mother who said her 25-year-old son was having difficulties.

When police arrived, they entered the home and went to the son's room. The investigating officer observed that the man appeared to be under the influence of a drug. Drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be drugs were seen in the room.

The man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, failing to comply with recognizance and failing to comply with probation.
