A Toronto man is facing five charges following a single-vehicle collision Sunday in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
South Simcoe Police Service officers responded at about 7 a.m. to the report of a vehicle in a ditch in the area of 5th Sideroad and 10th Line. No injuries were reported.
Khuwonga Nyakunzu, 33, has been charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired (excess blood-alcohol), dangerous operation, driving a motor vehicle without a validated permit, and driving a motor vehicle with liquor readily available.
His licence will be suspended for 90 days and his vehicle will be impounded for seven days.
