A 40-year-old Bradford man's all terrain vehicle (ATV) has been impounded for a week after a traffic stop on 10th Sideroad in Bradford.

In the Town of Bradford, all ATVs are prohibited from being operated on any highway as described in the Highway Traffic Act.

On May 30, 2018 around 1 p.m., police observed the three-wheel ATV driving on the road and pulled it over.

The officer learned that the driver was suspended.

He was charged with driving while under suspension and ticketed under the Off-Road Vehicle Act for driving the ATV on the road. The vehicle was impounded for seven days. The driver and passenger were driven home by the towing company.
