South Simcoe police posted to Twitter and said this was a sudden death investigation on Simcoe Road. They do not suspect foul play and they have cleared the scene.

There is an increased police presence in the area of Simcoe Road near Canal Road in Bradford due to an investigation.
Police say there is no threat to public safety. Please avoid the area.
