Police investigate gas theft in Bond Head

Suspect vehicle is described as a grey Chevy

South Simcoe Police Service officers are seeking the public's help following a drive-off theft of gas in Bond Head.

On Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., a man pulled up at the Esso gas station on County Road 27, pumped a quantity of fuel and drove away without paying.

The suspect is described as white, 5'10", 260 lbs, with a 7 inch goatee and buzz cut brown hair, almost bald. He was wearing dark sunglasses, blue shorts and a white, short sleeve, button down shirt. He has sleeve tattoos on his left arm.

The suspect vehicle is described as a Chevy, possibly a Tahoe, grey in colour.
