The South Simcoe Police Service is once again partnering with CTV Barrie to support the annual Toy Mountain campaign with a Weekend of Giving.

Today, acting Chief John Van Dyke officially launched the 18th annual event to support Toy Mountain, local food banks, and Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions.  

This year, our Weekend of Giving will take place on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022 in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury and Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022 in the Town of Innisfil. Members of the public can participate in the campaign by dropping off new, unwrapped toys, nonperishable food items or gift cards at the following on-site events.

Purchase a $5 ticket for a chance to win a Nitro Plush Pup. A limited number of plush pups will be raffled off. Proceeds go to local charities.

The Weekend of Giving will feature a toy and food drive at two locations on the same day in each community.

Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022 – Innisfil, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
