A 62-year-old Innisfil woman was charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 following a single vehicle collision in Innisfil.
On Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019, around 6:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers responded to the area of 25th Sideroad and Roberts Road for a
vehicle in a ditch. The driver was arrested nearby and charged after breath tests resulted in readings of well over twice the legal limit.
A 62-year-old Innisfil woman was charged with impaired driving and over 80. Her license was suspended for 90 days and her vehicle impounded for seven days. There were no injuries.
She was released with a court date in January 2020.
