Aquatic Volunteer Program

Receive FREE Instructor and Lifeguard training by volunteering at the pool!

By volunteering at the pool you will earn credits for every volunteer hour worked. These credits can be applied to the cost of select leadership courses required to become a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor. This means you will only be required to pay the exam and course material fees. Alternatively, volunteer hours can instead be used for High School Community Involvement Hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 14 years of age
- Bronze Medallion Certification
- Registered for the Aquatic Volunteer Program (below)

*Returning volunteers need to register in order to receive shifts but do not need to attend the orientation date.
