Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-Law 2010-050

Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2023-46.

The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are located in Part of Lot 12, Concession 6, and municipally known 397 Langford Boulevard (formally 512 Holland Street West), as shown on the map below.

The effect of the removal of the Holding (H1) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2023-46, is that the lands will be zoned Commercial Exception "C2*16*1" thereby permitting a seniors apartment building in accordance with the Site Plan Agreement.

The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law is at a meeting electronically scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at 7:00 pm.

The Council meeting will be streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury.
