It's time to get ready for Triathlon season with the BWG Leisure Centre Indoor Triathlon. Each team member will compete in either the 15 minute swim in a 25m pool. Swim any stroke at any speed. A 15 minute bike on a stationary bike, all bikes will have a minimum resistance. A 15 minute run or walk around the 110meter indoor track. 10 minute transition period between the swim and the bike.
You will need to change into dry clothing for the biking and the running.
